Nice to hear from you again and for your interest.
We are currently assembling the first two production bikes for press intro's and EPA testing. Our prototype 1130cc was dyno tuned and tested in January with 155 RWHP @ 8 lbs of boost, with an extremely linear power curve that was proportional to engine RPM. The production versions will use the 1250cc engine. We will start dyno tuning/testing that engine in the next couple of weeks and are expecting at least a 10% HP gain at the same boost pressure.
Our Supercharger system uses the Rotrex C15-60 supercharger mounted above the front cyclinder and driven off the water pump/intermediate shaft via and new extended shaft, very similar to the Sprintex drive system. (see attached picture). Although we used the stock ECU and SERT for the initial testing and tuning of the 1130cc prototype, we will be using a new Wide Band auto tuning system with MAP reference on the production 1250sc. This will allow more precise fuel delivery control over the whole range as well as helping to meet EPA standards.
